Monday, August 19, 2013 - There is a nice brambly, briar nose to this, with earthy spices and musky, rose petal delicacy as well. The palette has searing acidity with some relatively muscular tannins that belie the delicate, feminine nose. There is a bright cherry core that fills out to be quite dark and almost chocolatey. This is interesting stuff.
