Saturday, May 23, 2015 - PnP in the glass and served at 60 degrees

Full aroma of cherry, bramble and undertones of earth with hints if mineral. On the palate the wine is smooth with a tannin edge. Still a little closed and needs time in the decanter I think.

Medium to full body with good acids and a strong tannin backbone.
