Wednesday, September 1, 2021 - Color: dark garnet
Nose: green pepper, menthol, violet, eucalyptus, desert sage
Palate: stemmy, green and black pepper, charred wood, smoke
Mouthfeel: starts a little watery but then big tannins crush it.
Can’t believe how awesome this wine is right now! Wish it wasn’t my last one!
