Wednesday, August 6, 2014 - Pahlmeyer Tasting with Kurt from Maverick (Senor Pan - Chicago): Atlas Peak. Waters Ranch, Ritchie, and Wayfarer Vineyards.
Richer, toasty. Caramel corn - a little less aromatic. Honey, golden apples, New World styling with some fleshy sweet corn.
Palate still sports nice acidity but richer overall. I sense the twelve months in new oak.
