Saturday, June 3, 2017 - Syrupy in color. Brambly black cherry and sage on the nose and palate. Medium weight with fleshy, almost meaty overtones. A little stewed fruit on the finish; resolves to sweet, tart cherry. Not as distinctive or well-defined as some of the other W-S single-vineyard bottlings. Not likely to improve from here.
