Monday, March 15, 2021 - Fully mature now. Interesting flavors. Like someone decided to mix three high quality wines from Piedmont, Bordeaux and Southern Rhone. Blackcurrant, plums, raspberries, silky tannins, good length, balanced acidity. Drank over three days. I liked it best on the first day and when paired with food. - 92 points
