Sunday, January 18, 2015 - Wonderful Cab, viscous inky blue appearance, initial heavy alcohol, menthol and forest fruits on the nose, palate is then backed up by subtle spice, menthol, cigar box and cocoa notes. Day 2 saw the menthol ease off and a much more balanced, softer palate come through. Matched perfectly with 80% cocoa dark chocolate.... Incredible value and could/should be remarkable in another 5 years.
