Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Needed a good 2 hour decant to wake up from its long slumber. Citrus fruits, oranges, strawberries, herbs; the palate is still incredible powerful and savory, there is beautiful acidity and a heavy dose of black pepper and herbs resonating on the very long finish. This is drinking perfect I think. 18.5/20
