Saturday, March 6, 2021 - A most excellent bottle. Wonderful nose - honey, peach and a hint of green apple with white blossom. Wonderful textured body and very mouth feeling. A mineral finish that lingers on well and truly after you have finished your dinner. Drink now or another 4+ years.
