Friday, July 26, 2013 - Deep ruby. Big rich nose of ripe dark red fruit with just a hint of pinot showing through. Opens nicely in the class to reveal some sweet vanilla, spice and violets. Really yummy nose actually. Intense yet fresh palate of plum and dark cherry with youthful grippy tannin. Very good in the Central Otago style.
