Tuesday, August 23, 2016 - Drank over two days with the second being the best and most telling. The first taste was pretty much right out of the bottle and although very correct and proper, it tasted like a really good Burgundian wine. The second day revealed an amazingly complex mixture of California fruit flavors and depth. A real joy to drink.
