Sunday, April 7, 2013 - I was introduced to these wines at the David Bowler Tasting. This wine was my favorite of the tasting, and i bought 3 bottles from Chamber Street Wines. Meaty dark fruit wine with an amazing perfume of violets, iris, lavender. An elegant wine from the Languedoc. I am impressed with this new Pic St. Loup producer.
