Sunday, August 20, 2023 - This was my last bottle and I was anxious whether it would live up to its lofty reputation. No need to worry. The wine was excellent.
Appearance still relatively young for a 33 years old wine. Many layers on the nose and palate, including dark fruits, dried herbs, leather and chocolate. Medium weight, excellent balance and superb finesse. Long aftertaste.
