Sunday, February 10, 2013 - Designated Old Vine Red. Composition not disclosed but apparently mainly Cabernet-Sauvignon. Good blackcurrant fruit on the nose, ripe but not too sweet, hint of spicy new oak, some old-vine creaminess; on the palate the wine comes across as slightly disjointed, with sweet fruit on the one hand and rather drying oak on the other; good length but a bit hot.
