Saturday, August 31, 2019 - Purchased at Far Niente a few years ago and finally popped it open at the end of a family birthday dinner (with carrot cake). Very tasty. Syrupy vanilla, honey, peach, apricot. Everyone loved and it many said they preferred it to the Sauternes I've brought out in the past, There isn't quite as much of the Noble Rot funk in the Dolce so probably a little more approachable.
