Wednesday, October 4, 2023 - Dinner at 90 Miles (Chicago, IL): Still drinks quite young, and I think another half decade wouldn't do much harm to this wine. Very lovely perfumed aromatics, with mature pyrazine notes that don't overwhelm. The fruit feels well-balanced as well. Nice depth that feels almost Bordelais.
