Monday, July 30, 2007 - Stern, upright, lean. Strong structure. But! Plenty of heavy dried fruit (apricot, pear, prune), compost, a touch of molasses. A fair bit of spice: cigar, dirt. Very excellent, unfolds over time. Drinking great now, great balance, will last for many years.
