Wednesday, April 30, 2014 - Bought at a restaurant; drank half there and half at home. Deep purple color with only a hint of pale light at the edges. Nose of wet leaves and loamy soil. Long finish with noticeable notes of dried cherries, flowers and cassis. Very nice with grilled burgers and with dried meats. Better on day 3 than day 1.
