Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - 750ml; PnP; transparent light yellow color with little aging; somewhat closed nose showing lemon filled eclair with pineapple frosting; flavors of meyer lemon, pineapple, and a bit of oak and vanilla. I would give this another year or two to integrate the oak a bit more. Still enjoyable!
