Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - Nice notes of lemon, minerals, and salinity. Full malolactic (I believe), nice roundness with great clean acid on the finish. Opened it for pesto pizza for Christmas Eve lunch then finished it with Yellowfin Tuna meatballs, clams, and mussels in a tomato seafood broth for Christmas Eve dinner. It paired very nice with both and hung in there with the little bit of heat in the broth. A tasty Santa Rita Hills Chard that seems like it will age nice over several more years. I have only one more bottle left...probably should order a few more.
