Friday, April 15, 2016 - An exotic wine that I wish wasn't so exotic. Nose has big fruit, plum, earth, red and black fruits, nutmeg, cinnamon, and some developing leather. Palate is big with mouthcoating flavors, powerful tannins, and a balancing perceived sweetness from al the fruit on the attack. Medium finish on this beautiful wine. My hope is that this winery will get to evolve it's style and continue to demonstrate what this region can produce.
