Saturday, May 9, 2015 - Bright rosé colour. Persistent bead, good mousse. Drunk in Montrachet glass. Aromatics of strawberries, tangerines, raspberries, red cherries and dried leaves. Nicely balanced and nuanced with tart cherry and strawberry flavours, mandarin juice, poached salmon and some savoury elements. Below medium weight. Not overly sweet. A nice, straightforward Rosé Champagne.
