Wednesday, January 1, 2014 - This is a lovely, pure, clean QPR that goes will all kinds of food. I actually thought it was a rich, meaty Gamay before seeing here on CT it's a Cabernet Franc. Really musty and funky on opening but eventually blew off to bring notes of strawberries, mushrooms, earth, and olives. Finish was rather clean. Good weight but not too complex, just a good quaffer with a quick meal.
