Saturday, May 9, 2020 - Popped and into a decanter for a half hour of air (which really helped it open up), but could be easily popped and poured. Soft, easy to drink with enough acid to pair with the pepperoni pizza we had it with. Absolutely delicious. Drinking very well now.
