Tuesday, March 3, 2015 - Super thrilled I sat on this for so long. Really fresh fruit, little bit of damp forest floor, cooked rhubarb. A little more acid than the last time I tried this about a year ago. I think it's ideal drinking window is sometime between now and a year from now - it could go longer but why bother really?
