Thursday, January 31, 2013 - WCC Rioja Blind (Dorato's Resturant, Guilderland, NY): [Opened about 35 minutes before drinking.] Gorgeous tropical fruit nose. Very dry in the mouth. Tart tangerine. More balanced with shrimp cake.
