Tuesday, August 13, 2013 - Pale straw yellow green color with pear, white flower, ocean breeze, citrus peel, and honey aromas. On the palate, its dryish, medium-bodied, with medium+ acidity, and a great mouthfeel owing to battonage. It shows peach, guava, citrus and subtle honey flavors with a clean medium-long finish.

The wine was fermented entirely in barrel, with roughly 5% being new Acacia wood. The wine fermented with native yeasts.
