Thursday, September 3, 2015 - Splash decant ... This is really in a perfect place right now. No heat. Fruit has calmed, but is still bright and juicy. There's smoke and game on the mid, and a plushness at the finish that really rounds this one out nicely. Less creamy and more savory, than other Bolts, I really like the flavor profile here. Smooth, easy drinker with some real style.
