Tuesday, January 18, 2022 - Consumed from a magnum. I have (had) 2 magnums of this and both of them had developed some concerning color. I was afraid they were out of life or oxidized. To my surprise, this was very much in a beautiful spot. Nice textbook tropical fruits and a smoothness that only comes with age. I'd be worried about 750s being any good at this point, but this magnum was a pleasant surprise.
