Saturday, September 3, 2016 - Lovely pale yellow color, appears consistent and structured. It presents an elegant fragrance with notes of lemon grass and a very interesting minerality which stands out even in the nose, with notes of flint and hydrocarbons. Dry wine, with grass notes and a good balance between acids and sugars, beautiful salivation and flavor, with brackish and marine notes, with a perfect match of taste and smell, persistent and extreme alcohol elegance.
