Monday, November 21, 2016 - Signature Sea Smoke nose with baking spices and floral notes. Started a bit acidic but after 30 minutes kicked into gear. No sign of heat and great with food. Not sure I see the need to wait on these. Great start to our OBX thanksgiving.
