Saturday, March 6, 2021 - Coravin # 1 - more age and muted fruit than expected. Chocolate, plum, cranberry, strawberry, blood orange. Violet and potpourri. Tobacco central and dried leaves. Still gorgeous and drinking well, at peak time to chug. 2021-2025?
