For me, this is the situation with Lafon-Rochet. The last bottle I had was 18 months ago. Though the experience was wonderful, I let my remaining bottles sit in my cellar. Tonight's drinking experience was a repeat of the first -- simply wonderful. A well balanced, classical wine with blackberry aromas floating over an earthy, pencil floor. Superb finish. The bottle was empty in the blink of an eye. My vow is to finish the half of the remaining 10 bottles before the new year!
