Saturday, April 29, 2023 - With Carrie and Alfredo visit on Shabbat. Awesome wine that opened over an hour. Nose showed great sous bois. Flavors started out acidic but then fruit came out right in balance.

Very enjoyable burgundy that tasted very Burgundian.
