Thursday, April 8, 2021 - Very aromatic nose of clove-baking spice, dried cherry, cranberry, pomegranate. Intense yet silky on palate. Youthful color with no signs of bricking. Impressive stuff. Unwinding nicely. If this was shut down, it’s not anymore. Looks like it’s headed into a nice long maturation phase. Hitting its stride, but give it another couple years to really shine.
