Tuesday, March 21, 2023 - Farmyard on the nose. The palate is quite polished for a Burgundy and didn’t reflect the 2011 vintage. Beautiful balance of acidity, tannins, fruit and alcohol, but not quite ready for drinking. Leave for another couple of years.
