Wednesday, August 21, 2013 - Wines of Simon Bize (Bistro 7 (7 N. 3rd St., Philadelphia)): Terrific stuff. Darker color, hint of cola and spice. Deep dark core of fruit with good concentration. The acidity is there. All components in place for this to develop very well.
