Tuesday, October 25, 2022 - So great, needed an hour decant to fatten. Beautiful floral nose of all the good dark stuff, extremely sensentive to temp as you’d expect from a lovely old burg. We played all night teasing her with temperature and theatrical food offerings to see what worked. The answer: best on its on, a fickle demanding yet beautiful wine.
