Complex, kaleidoscopic nose, Barolo-like: tar and roses, but ever evolving, wet clay, dark humus earth, blood orange, Oolong tea, confection, blood, leather, raspberries, crushed strawberries, primary, secondary and tertiary all at once..
Again Barolo-like on the palate, cola, Sri Lankan spice, lacy, filigree, strawberries framed by sturdy limestone mineralite, feminine, then suddenly dark sauvage, humus earth, masculine elements, ever evolving, at times jammy, then ethereally light. Still seems young... 5 more years till bottle number 3?
