Tuesday, February 12, 2019 - Two years after the prior: this, our fourth bottle, was the best so far. Energetic forest floor. Just a bare hint of pleasant barnyard. Beautifully balanced and lively. Hint of saline. Highly enjoyable over three nights. We will try to hold off at least another two years before opening the last.
