Thursday, December 28, 2023 - I didn’t like this so much for the first glass. I thought the greens were overbearing and the wine rather rustic and restrained (The more recent vintages of Dominus also has the greens but definitely less rusticity).

It didn’t take long to evolve and unfurl, andby the third glass, the trademark greens are still there but no longer in the driving seat, the fruit and nuances started to take over. Dark cherries, graphite, blueberries and cocoa powder. Everything was much more integrated and expressive. I thought this was really good left bank.
