Friday, January 3, 2014 - Vinturi then decant for 2 hours and started to mellow some. still see previous note, in my opinion just a little unbalanced but showing nice tart raspberry,cherry, cooked strawberry and some nice vanilla and barrel room on the finished glass. beautiful purple color and throwing a decent amount of sentiment. nice tart fruit here.
