Wednesday, February 28, 2024 - Light gold in color. A complex nose shows quince paste, waxy fruits, orange zest, yellow florals and lanolin. A very balanced palate shows candied quince and apples, chamomile honey, medium+ acidity on a long off-dry finish. Not bad at all for a 38 year old Moelleux and a testament to the age-ability of Huet's chenin blancs.
