Thursday, May 13, 2021 - Excellent nose of apple cyder with flowers, quince and honey and caramel. On the palate the wine is racy with sharp Chenin acidity balancing the sweetness. This is really great, not too sweet, more like a great German Spaetlese than a Sauternes. 96+
