On the palate rich, decadent and powerful. Really firm and dense with high intensity. Quite spicy with a long finish marked by a spearmint note. Due to its good acidity and well managed oak this was a pleasure to drink and paired well with a creamy celeriac soup and a surprisingly bold and rustic whitefish dish.
