Friday, October 30, 2015 - I had this with a pizza of four cheeses, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and anchovies--an odd pairing, I know, but my wife was away, and this wine and all of the above foods are things that I love. Afterward, I fell asleep on the couch watching TV and awoke at about 1:30. There was a swallow of the wine left in my glass, and I drank it while walking to the kitchen. I was gobsmacked with the cedary Cabernet goodness of it!
