Thursday, March 14, 2013 - A private lunch (Restaurant De Leuf **, Ubachsberg, Netherlands): A very local wine; the vinyeard is just a few hundred yards away from the restaurant. Cool and crisp, slightly lactic freshness, nice hint of sweetness in the fruit, nice length.
