Sunday, September 17, 2017 - Nose is open and light with a fresh garden fell. Tastes of unripe blueberries with a hint of tartness along with the bell pepper edge and vegetal qualities I was looking for.
Finish is tannic and dry with an acidic flourish at the end.
A low quality but satisfying representative of French cab franc
