Tasted non blind.

Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of flowers, plums and berries. Flavors of plums, berries and light notes of currants. Medium acidity, resolved tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold. Note: there is some sediment at this point which might warrant decanting just before serving.
