Wednesday, February 3, 2010 - A modest and correct Bourgogne Rouge, with no flaws, and not a lot of excitement.
Typical acidity and pie cherry fruit. Some toasty oak leans it towards the modern, but only a bit, as it is old school in restraint.
It could improve with more time.
